About Christopher Kurtz, Louisville Bankruptcy Attorney
Chris was born and raised in the city of Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from the University of Dayton in 1986. He also completed his law degree at the University of Dayton. He began his practice in 1995 with his father Dennis Kurtz and ultimately grew their Bankruptcy practice into one of the largest volume filers of bankruptcy cases for over 20 years.
Chris has also closed thousands of real transactions for various lenders and clients over the years. In recent years, Chris has negotiated several large commercial real estate tax appeal cases, as well as commercial litigation.
